Scientific research and innovative implementation are in the execution of our monuments and cultural heritage protection projects, especially in the character of environmental and social sustainability.
The preservation and protection of cultural property is for us not only a mere technological challenge, but still a necessary and often instructive scientific dialogue between the past and present.
To conduct this dialogue ultimately acculturation of knowledge, we are of ICOA to a far-reaching network of all stakeholders. |
|
|
|
Our agency has therefore also the development of a national and international network of monuments and cultural heritage protection to the target.
We understand our responsibilities as part of a social entrepreneurship. We want to preserve much of the cultural heritage, even under humanitarian and international law aspects contribute. For us - in addition to the protection of cultural property - the man at the center of our actions.
The development of intellectual skills is now more than ever by economic processes and efficiency efforts. Only through the consistent cultivation of human interaction, can achieve truly sustainable and socially relevant income. That is what we mean by corporate culture, cultural heritage and preservation!
We believe that both can succeed only in peace and continuing cultural dialogue, and in mutual respect and the recognition of different cultural identities, a good world. For us, the right to cultural identity is a fundamental human right.
In this sense, we are involved particularly in crisis areas and "fringe" of public attention: eg Sudan (Darfur), Southern Sudan (Juba) and Israel/Palestine.
One of our main concerns is the fight against illicit antiquities trafficking, against illegal excavations and against the instrumentalization of cultural values for conflicts! |

We support the general principles and guidelines on safeguarding good scientific practice (Safeguarding Good Scientific Practice hier ). In connection with the tasks of preservation harmonize our activities with the current requirements of the UNESCO, ICOM and the German Foundation for Monument Protection (see web links and documents).
